Tillhaus End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and CodeCube Ventures LLC (“CodeCube”) and governs your use of Tillhaus software and services.

License

Subject to this Agreement and any applicable order or service terms, CodeCube grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Tillhaus for your authorized business operations.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Tillhaus, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another account or market, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Operator account credentials, authorized team members, configuration and transaction data, and compliance obligations related to your markets. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Service and disclaimer

CodeCube may maintain or change Tillhaus to improve security and reliability. Except as expressly agreed in writing, Tillhaus is provided on an “as available” basis and CodeCube does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
