Refunds

Authorized Operator team members can issue full or partial refunds from the Tillhaus payment record. Tillhaus checks the remaining refundable balance on the server and keeps an audit history.

If a payment is still being reconciled, do not retry blindly or issue a second charge. Wait for the payment status to resolve, then use the Operator reconciliation workflow if the result is still unclear.
