Getting started

  1. Create your Operator account. Select Create your Operator account, then enter your business name, your name, an email address, and a password with at least 12 characters.
  2. Add a Location for each unattended market you operate. Enter its physical address; the address is required before card-present payments can be enabled.
  3. Add products and opening inventory. Review the quantity on hand for the location where customers will shop.
  4. Choose a public Tillhaus plan during registration and review its recurring USD price and checkout-fee terms.
  5. In Store Management, open Payments, select Connect Stripe, and complete the Stripe-hosted verification form for the Operator business. Return to Payments when Stripe sends you back to Tillhaus.
  6. Configure a tablet and assign it to the selected location.
  7. If a Location needs a configured local fee, open Locations → Local fees and verify its percentage or fixed USD value. Do not treat this generic fee feature as automatic sales-tax calculation.

Tillhaus remains usable in Mock mode for local development and training while Stripe is not configured. Do not use Mock mode for live customer payments.
